BACKGROUND

Australian and New Zealand Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical and Functional Food / Beverage small and medium scale Manufacturing Industries affect badly due to the unavailability of indigenously manufactured relevant manufacturing / Packaging machinery which suits their purpose. This makes them either to source high quality machinery at exorbitantly high prices or to be satisfied with inferior quality product from overseas suppliers. Even though they manage to source the relevant machinery they are not lucky enough to get the guaranteed quick and efficient after sale services from the suppliers.

Biotec Solutions Ltd. was formed in 2001 in Auckland to meet the growing Manufacturing / Packaging machinery, Laboratory Equipment and Specialty Materials needs of these manufacturers. In addition to machinery, we started supplying high quality Empty hard gelatin & vegetarian capsules to our customers and also provided the added value engineering service and technical guidance in product development, quality and engineering turnkey projects. To cater our customers more efficiently we are now expanding our horizon in instrument Calibration & Qualification Services, Robotic / Cobotic Automation and Supply of packaging materials consumables such as printed foil and readymade pouches etc.

Biotec Solutions Group has become one of the most trusted and recognisable service provider in Australia and New Zealand. Now we have Offices in Auckland (NZ) and Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane (Australia),Nadi (Fiji)and recently started in Kaiapoi (Christchurch NZ) .

We also have empty capsule storage warehouses in Auckland(NZ),Kaiapoi (Christchurch NZ) and Sydney(Australia).

We at Biotec are proud of our extraordinary added value service to our customers. To cater our customers efficiently and quickly we have now started a central spares and parts department in Melbourne. To have more close control over the machinery sourcing and projects we have expanded our operations in Bucheon (South Korea) and Mumbai(India).

To include one more feather in Biotec Solutions added value extraordinary customer focused services portfolio we at Biotec solutions have a small Display and R and D / trial facility for customer to do the trials for pre purchase approval formalities. R & D facility consist of soft gel, hard shell and tablet manufacturing operation.
